The process of creating the perfect grape syrup requires mastery, patience, and passion.

STEP 1

Harvesting The Grapes

Grapes are harvested in the vineyards, collected in crates, and sent to the factory.

STEP 2

Inspection & Weighing

Grapes are weighed than inspected for foreign matters.

STEP 3

Juice Extraction

Grapes are washed, de-stemmed, crushed and pressed.

STEP 4

Juice Filtration

Grapes juice is filtered by naturally being settled in refrigerated tanks.

STEP 5

Evaporating & Clearing

Grape juice is heated up in special steam-run caldrons, cleared and evaporated to a brix of 66 for the grape syrup and 82 for molasses.

STEP 6

Filtering & hot filling

Grapes syrup is filtered, cooled and then filled in bottles. Whereas the molasses are directly cooled before filling.
